Human Resources (HR)

Role: Oversees all aspects of personnel management, including recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and employee relations. HR also fosters a positive work culture and addresses staff welfare.
Interdependencies: Collaborates with Program Management to understand staffing needs and ensure the right skill sets are in place. Works with Volunteer Management to integrate volunteers effectively into projects.
